Registration fees includes:
• Entrance to the conference
• coffee breaks
• drinks with refreshments at the poster sessions
• abstract submission

Registration and payment system will be set up in February 2026
Cancellation on or before October 1st, 2026: Full refund less a cancellation fee of 100 €.
From October 1st 2026, no refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend.
